Flank Steak & Avocado Chimichurri Sauce

This flank steak is super easy, I promise, and the perfect way to kick-off grilling season! Marinade, & grill!!!! I also love serving this with a fresh herb and citrus sauce like my Avocado Chimichurri Sauce. Check it out!

Apple cider vinegar ;2 cloves garlic ;Pink salt & pepper to taste ;1 pound Flank steak from @moinkbox {code: BOWLOBSESSED for $20 off };” ]Whisk all wet ingredients and place in a dish with the flank streak. Marinade at least 4 hours, overnight is ideal.;;Coat grill, or cast-iron skillet with high heat oil. ;;Cook marinated flank steak 6-8 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. ;;Slice against the grain, and serve with Avocado Chimichurri Sauce, and @sietefoods grain free tortillas.[/lt_recipe]
