Garlic Honey Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon with Steamed Brussel Sprouts and Green Beans

July 16, 2018 by ebatterman Leave a Comment

Garlic Honey Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon with Steamed Green Beans and Brussel Sprouts… this is a mouthful, but it’s a HEALTHY mouthful!

I made this last Friday night for Brent and I {having the leftover salmon this week}, but this would be the perfect meal for at least a party of 4! Serve with a side of cooked quinoa or brown rice and you have the perfect balanced meal!

I love broiling my salmon. It comes out perfect, ever time! They key to getting the caramelized color??? The honey in the marinade!

This gorgeous Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon filet is from my monthly @moinkbox ‼Use code BOWLOBSESSED for $20 1st order‼
