Raw Spring Salad

[lt_recipe name=”Raw Spring Salad” servings=”1″ prep_time=”15M” cook_time=”30M” total_time=”45M” difficulty=”Easy” summary=”This Raw Salad is so fresh and so clean! ” print=”yes” image=”https://www.bowlobsessed.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/Screen-Shot-2018-05-30-at-11.41.05-AM-300×300.png” ingredients=”Chopped organic romaine & spinach;Raw zoodles ;Snap peas ;Boiled beets Goat cheese crumbles ;Avocado ;Hemps seeds;Blood orange slices ;Sprouted sea salt almonds ;” ]Boil whole beets in a pot of water for 30 minutes, leaving the skin on. ;;Drain, and let beets cool. ;;With your hands, peel the skin off the boiled beets & slice. {I suggest wearing gloves so you don’t stain your hands} ;;Place all ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle of good olive oil. No other dressing is needed for this salad. The oranges and goat cheese add so much flavor! Enjoy. [/lt_recipe]
